Sandy soils, High winds whipping off the Columbia River and 40 degree diurnal temperature shifts make this arguably the best spot in Washington state for Grenache. Raspberry, Boysenberry, Cinnamon, Crème Brule, with hints of Anise and Tobacco.
2007 Northern Blend

Walla Walla, Minnick and Stillwater Creek grapes make up this Blend. Counter-intuitively Syrah Co-fermented with Viognier helps color extraction. As a result, the Syrah is dark and gripping.
