Deliciously supple and well textured. Red fruits dance on the palate and glide on the finish. Grapes for this wine come entirely from the rugged southern slopes of Horse Heaven Hills, where 90 degree days are followed by 50 degree nights. Balance is the key to most things in life.

100% Tank Fermented with Malic fermentation stopped completely makes this wine super crisp. The Rousanne was grown in Horse Heaven Hills while the Viognier was grown at Seven Hills East in Walla Walla AVA.

2007 Southern Blend

Sandy soils, High winds whipping off the Columbia River and 40 degree diurnal temperature shifts make this arguably the best spot in Washington state for Grenache. Raspberry, Boysenberry, Cinnamon, Crème Brule, with hints of Anise and Tobacco.

2007 Northern Blend
Cases Remaining: 0 $420 case $35 bottle
Walla Walla, Minnick and Stillwater Creek grapes make up this Blend. Counter-intuitively Syrah Co-fermented with Viognier helps color extraction. As a result, the Syrah is dark and gripping.
